Intake forms are valid for two years from the date of completion and must be renewed thereafter. All dogs must be up to date on vaccines and freshly bathed or groomed before arrival. We love what we do and keep everything clean by sanitizing before and after each stay, including the yard.

Policies

Once Your Pup Has Arrived

Once your pup’s stay has begun and dates are booked, refunds are not available for early pick-ups. Because we only take a limited number of dogs, each reservation secures an important spot for your family and helps us plan for others.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please note the following: cancellations made within three (3) days of your arrival date will be charged 50% of the booked dates. For holiday stays, a 50% holiday rate will be charged if cancellation occurs within five (5) days of your scheduled arrival.

Prepayment

Payment is due the day before drop-off or the morning of drop-off, payable by Zelle or cash. Our Zelle is WOOF AU PAIR LLC.

What We Provide

During your pup’s stay, we provide dog beds, blankets, bowls, and toys. Toys are only offered if play is safe; if not, they will be removed for everyone’s well-being.

What You Provide

Owners are responsible for bringing their dog’s food and treats.

They’ll spend their days playing, running, swimming, and interacting with other dogs. While we do our absolute best to provide a safe, supervised environment, occasional accidents can happen. In the rare event of an injury, we ask that you're prepared to seek appropriate veterinary care if needed.
